I have been a freelance conservator of paintings for over 30 years, receiving my MA in Conservation of Art and MS in Conservation Science from Buffalo State College in 1992.  After two years interning and then working on contract at the Hamilton Kerr Institute, University of Cambridge, I stayed in England for nearly twenty years working on paintings from Cambridge Colleges and private collections.  After returning to the USA, I opened Shoreline Paintings Conservation in 2010.  My clients include The Wadsworth Atheneum, The Yale Center for British Art, The Beinecke Library, The Lewis Walpole Library, Brown University, The Yale Divinity School, and private collectors.  I am a member of the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works and adhere to their code of ethics.
